Quality priority questionnaire

Each year the Trust has to decide on at least three Quality Priorities. We then set targets on those priorities and publish whether we have achieved them in an Annual Quality Report.

For instance, one of our priorities has been Pressure Ulcers where we undertook to reduce their incidence by half in the year. Any topic can be chosen BUT it has to be measurable and the data easily collected.

We are interested in your views on these topics for the future. This survey will close on 31st December 2014.
