BBC Inside Out’s Freedom of Information request on Serious Untoward Incidents in health trusts revealed The Dudley Group had reported the most number of pressure ulcers in England between 1st October 2011 and 30th November 2012.

BBC online, along with other media outlets, asked for a statement regarding the death of a baby. Solicitors representing the mother issued a press release stating the Trust admitted full liability.
