The Dudley Group named as one of best places to work in NHS
The Dudley Group has been named as one of the top NHS employers by the Health Service Journal and Nursing Times.
The list is a celebration of NHS organisations that have worked hard to promote great staff engagement and create an environment where people can enjoy their work.

The Best Places to Work list is compiled every year using data from the annual NHS staff survey and looks at seven areas key to a happy workplace: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training, development and resources, employee engagement and satisfaction.
