The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to announce that, upon the appointment of a substantive chief executive, Dr Paul Harrison, current acting CEO, will take on a new role as deputy chief executive and medical director.

“I am very pleased by the Board’s decision and I look forward to supporting the new chief executive in leading the organisation and building on our successes,” said Dr Harrison.

“The NHS is entering a new era and our organisation is committed to leading the way in partnership working,” he added.

“Part of my new role will be in working with our partners, including primary care, on developing Dudley’s exciting MCP.”

Dr Harrison, who has been medical director for ten years, took up the post of acting chief executive in October following the departure of Paula Clark.

Interviews for the post of chief executive are taking place on Tuesday 6th December 2016.
