Celebrating nursing care in Dudley

‘The Way We Care’ is the name of our nursing strategy which has been informed by the feedback we received from more than 600 of our nurses, midwives, Clinical Support Workers and community nursing. We have made a short DVD to celebrate the nursing care we offer our patients, both in hospital and in the community how we demonstrate the ‘six Cs’ of nursing:

  • Communication
  • Courage
  • Commitment
