For Russells Hall Hospital, Corbett Outpatient Centre & Dudley Guest Outpatient Centre staff:

For all that complete their survey, you will be able to receive a £2.50 voucher to spend on a hot or cold drink at the following sites:

South Block Canteen, Russells Hall Hospital.
Main Canteen, Russells Hall Hospital.
Canteen, Corbett Outpatient Centre.
Canteen, Dudley Guest Outpatient Centre.

Vouchers have been distributed to each division.

These can be collected from your line manager who can collect these from their divisional lead.

Voucher terms and conditions

The voucher is valid for use from Monday 2^nd October 2023 to Monday 27^th November 2023
The voucher is only valid to the value of £2.50.
The vouchers can only be used on a hot or cold drink, not on food purchases.
The voucher can only be used on one purchase.
No change will be given from this voucher.
Staff will still receive staff discount as usual when making their purchase with theirvoucher.
The vouchers will be given to staff upon submission of their staff surveys by their divisional leaders. Staff CANNOT receive their vouchers from Mitie staff at till points.
Only NHS Staff can use the voucher.

For community based staff only:

For all that complete their survey, this year we are offering hampers to community sites for staff/teams. This replaces the coffee voucher option which are not valid for use at these sites.

Based on the number of surveys completed, we will be making hampers to the equivalent cost and delivering these to community leads to distribute contents.

If you have any suggestions for what should be included in the hampers, please feedback to your leads who will liaise with the staff survey team.

Tea/Coffee/Refreshments Supplies
Stationary Supplies
