I have not received an email with my Staff survey link, what should I do?

Is the survey anonymous?
YES! The survey is completely anonymous. Although the survey company (Picker) track returns to send reminders, this is through a unique ID and cannot be tracked to individual answers/responses. It’s also not shared with anyone at Dudley Group.
For teams smaller than 11 people, responses are grouped to protect anonymity.
What do I do if I don’t have access to a computer?
Please let either your manager or lead know so they can make sure equipment is made available. However, you can access the survey from any device that you use to access your nhs.net email account which includes computers, phones and tablets.
If you foresee any issues with being able to access the survey, please shout up and we can definitely help.
I do not access my nhs.net email account regularly and don’t know my password, what should I do?
Go to www.portal.nhs.net, click on ‘email’ and follow the instructions for ‘unlock account or forgotten password’. If you are still having difficulties, call the IT service desk on ext. 2376.
Do this as soon as possible so you are all set and ready to fill in the survey when it lands into your inbox.
Alternatively, you can request for the survey to be emailed to a personal email account. For example, one that is used outside of work for personal use and that you have frequent access too.
I work at a community site that does not operate a Mitie ran canteen service, what should I do?
For staff working in the community (excluding Corbett and Dudley Guest), this year we are offering an incentive in the form of a cold drink and a tasty treat. This replaces the coffee voucher option which is not valid at these sites. These incentives will be delivered w/c 14th October and a secondary delivery will following early November.
