Grace is receptionist in the Undergraduate Centre and provides the front facing customer service for the department. She offers administrative support to staff and students. Grace has been a member of the Trust since November 2019 and during her time here, she has achieved a Business and Admin Level 3 NVQ. Grace has experience in both administrative and customer service backgrounds.
