Patient condition checks for the media
All patient condition checks should be made via the Communications department by calling
Checks can only be dealt with if the full name, address and date of birth of the patient is supplied.
Information will only be issued if the patient or their relatives grant consent. No patient information can be disclosed without consent.
The Trust receives frequent requests for documentary and location filming and all requests will be considered and accommodated where possible or appropriate.
All media should request prior permission before coming onto our hospital sites. Requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to obtain permission may result in Security asking you to leave.
