All staff at Dudley, both substantive and bank staff, will have access to the Employee Self Service (ESS) platform.
ESS is an online platform that will enable you to access your personal employment data all in the same place. This includes mandatory training reports, payslips and your equality & diversity information. You can update your personal information through ESS too, which will update our employee staff records automatically.
And for the first time, you will also be able to access your pension information through the ESS platform.
