There are bus stops along Vicarage Road and the A491 Amblecote High Street. Buses to Stourbridge and Dudley run frequently throughout the day. The nearest bus station is in Stourbridge.
How do I access Corbett Outpatient Centre by train?
The nearest railway station to Corbett Hospital Outpatient Centre is Stourbridge Junction.
There is one main road entrance to the hospital site via Vicarage Road, about half-a-mile from the A491 Amblecote High Street.
Please use postcode DY8 4JB if you are using a sat nav.
Traffic congestion around and inside the hospital site can occur at peak times. Please allow extra time for your journey.
If you have difficulty walking far, there are drop-off and pick up points outside the main entrances.
Car parking is available on-site with designated spaces for Blue Badge holders close to the main centre entrance.
There is limited parking at busy times, please allow more time for this or consider public transport.
A ‘pay on exit’ system is in operation on all of the car parks and people wishing to leave their vehicles will need to take a ticket from the barrier upon entry. If you leave the car park and return on the same day, you will need another ticket.
Parking charges apply to all patients and visitors, excluding those with blue disabled parking permits.
Please note that the Trust operates a fixed penalty scheme to ensure the safe and continued operation of the hospital sites.
In order to avoid any problems, penalties will be applied to all vehicles, including Blue Badge holders, who park vehicles:
Fixed penalties require the driver of the vehicle to pay a £70 charge (reduced to £40 if paid within 14 days) and are enforced by the Security Department.

What are the parking charges?
The parking charges per visit are:
Up to 15 minutes – free
Up to 30 minutes – £3.00
Up to 1 hour – £3.30
Up to 1 hour and 30 minutes – £3.80
Up to 2 hours – £4.30
Up to 3 hours – £4.80
Up to 5 hours – £5.80
Up to 6 hours – £6.30
Up to 24 hours – £7.50
The charges apply to all visitor car parks.
Payment should be made at one of the pay machines located in the Main Reception area.
All lost tickets will be charged at the daily rate.
If you require a receipt at any time, place your ticket in the machine and press the ‘receipt’ button. If you require assistance at any time press the help button.
Do you offer free parking for Blue Badge holders?
Parking is free for Blue Badge holders on all our visitor car parks. If you are a Blue Badge holder, please show your Blue Badge in the windscreen of your vehicle for the duration of your visit and at the exit barrier, press the “I” intercom button and show security your Blue Badge who will then lift the barrier.
Can I save money on parking?
Limited value cards are available to patients and visitors (excluding those attending Urgent Care Centre) who visit the hospital at least three times a week over an extended period. They are available at a fixed seven day fee of £15.00 plus a £20.00 refundable deposit. Value cards provide unlimited parking on the visitor car park for seven consecutive days, but do not guarantee a space.
To purchase a value card, ask a member of staff on the ward or department you are visiting for more information.
Once purchased, these cards are non refundable.
Please be aware that value cards are subsidised by the Trust and there is only a limited number of these available.
I am on benefits, can I claim for parking charges?
Patients (excluding those who visit the Urgent Care Centre) in receipt of certain benefits may claim for car parking charges, travel fares and petrol costs. For more information, contact General Office at Russells Hall Hospital.
