Healthy Relationships Session
A Supportive Conversation for Women
Join us for a gentle, welcoming session created especially for women in our local community. This is a safe space to explore what healthy relationships look like, talk openly about experiences, and learn how to recognise and respond to domestic abuse — all with compassion, respect, and understanding.
Whether you’re curious, seeking support, wanting to connect with others, or simply hoping to listen quietly, you’ll be met with warmth and no pressure to share.
What to expect
During this relaxed session, we’ll explore:
- The qualities that make relationships healthy, respectful, and supportive
- How to recognise the different forms abuse can take — emotional, financial, physical, digital, and more
- Ways to seek help for yourself or someone you care about
- Where to find confidential, local support
You’ll be guided by friendly facilitators from CHADD, DIYYA, and The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust — organisations dedicated to supporting women with empathy and confidentiality.
Why this space matters
