The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust has been presented the prestigious Overall Employer Excellence Award at the Dudley College Employer Recognition Awards event, held at the Black Country Museum last week.

The Trust was recognised for its outstanding partnership with Dudley College across a range of initiatives, including apprenticeships, T-levels, and action learning sets. Together these programmes have created meaningful opportunities for learning, development and career progression, both for existing staff and for the future workforce of the NHS.
