There are several toilets located throughout the centre and there are additional facilities which include a hoist and changing facilities, by the food court which can be accessed using a radar key or by asking a member of staff.

There are 8 escalators: near JD Sports, near The Body Shop, near Primark, in
River Island, near The Works, in Primark, in M&S Men’s and in M&S women’s and home.

There are 4 lifts: near Harvey Norman, M&S, in Primark and car parks.

All buses stop at the main bus station which is located outside Matalan on the lower mall. There is also a bus stop outside Primark on the upper mall. Please check with your bus driver for other bus stops in or near the
centre.

There are 5 car parks closely around the mall and 2 a short walking distance away, with a total of 372
disabled car parking spaces. Use the car park near Next for easy access to the Merry Hill Health Hub.

The taxi rank is located next to the bus station (Triple 20 Taxis only) and there is a taxi drop off point by
Primark. Please do check with your taxi regarding alternative drop off points.

Bike racks can be found opposite ODEON Cinema, outside JD Wetherspoon and by the bus station near Matalan.
