Venue: Lye Community Centre, Cross Walks Rd, Lye, DY9 8BH

Diabetes is common in our community — but together, we can take control and live well.

What to Expect

  • Learn the facts about diabetes and how to manage it day-to-day
  • Share experiences with others in a welcoming space
  • Discover small, practical steps that make a big difference to your health
  • Take part in myth-busting, gentle exercise and rethinking your thali – an exploration of healthy and balanced South Asian meals
  • Get your health checked! We’ll be offering free blood pressure checks and other simple lifestyle assessments on the day

Come along, get inspired, and find out how you can make changes that really count.
