Staff who strive for excellence and exceed expectation are recognised in our monthly awards called Healthcare Heroes.
Here at the Dudley Group, we believe it is hugely important to recognise the incredible work that our staff deliver.
One of the ways we do this is through our Healthcare Hero awards, which take place monthly and are awarded to a team, a volunteer and also an individual member of staff.
How do you nominate?
Nominations for Healthcare Heroes can be made for teams, volunteers’ and individuals who work anywhere in The Dudley Group.

Winners are selected each month by Group Chief Executive Diane Wake.

Monthly heroes receive a framed certificate and a prize. They also receive an automatic entry into the annual Committed to Excellence Awards in the new Healthcare Hero category.
