The Trust uses the NHS e-Referral Service which is national system for managing referrals and your initial outpatient appointment.

If your GP has referred you for specialist treatment on the NHS and you choose to be treated at one of the hospitals or clinics in The Dudley Group, you will either have made a date for your appointment at the time you were referred or you can arrange this afterwards by visiting https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/hospitals/nhs-e-referral-service/

You can also make changes to your appointment if it was made using the NHS e-Referral Service by using the ‘Manage your referral’ website.
