In 2009, new reporting requirements were introduced which requires all NHS Foundation Trusts to report on the quality of care their organisations deliver – and how they plan to improve it – as part of their 2008/09 Annual Reports.
Quality Reports help Foundation Trusts to develop more transparent and accountable public reporting and ensure that Boards have clear priorities and achievable plans in place for driving improvement
As of 2015/16, the Quality Report is published as a combined document within the Annual Report and Accounts. Click here.
