Board meetings

Trust’s Board meetings during 2025/26 – we will be holding some of our meetings face to face in community locations. See below for more details.  Some Trust Board meetings will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams.

The Board of Directors meeting (public session) commences at 10am and usually closes at approximately 1:30pm. 

Light refreshments will be available for the duration of the meeting. 

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting should email the Board Secretary at helen.board@nhs.net

There is an option for governors and members of the public to submit any questions they may have to the Board at dgft.foundationmembers@nhs.net

Please use ‘Trust Board Meeting Question’ in the subject of your email.  Responses will either be posted on the Trust’s Board meeting web page following the meeting or can be found in the minutes published in due course.
